
Meet the Accent Catering
Team
Chris Collier,
Chef de Cuisine, Event Coordinator, began her cooking career
in Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from the Culinary Institute
of America in Hyde Park, New York. She worked in a series
of establishments including the Mayflower in Washington, Connecticut
as a pastry Chef, the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado
as a Intern, Latour Management and Hometown Buffet in Wichita,
Kansas and Al La Carte catering in Tampa, Florida as their
event and wedding planner. After moving back to Wichita in
the mid nineties, her career went on to include chef/owner
of The Inn at Sedgwick, then catering manager for Red Bean’s
Bayou Grill and Red Mesa Grill. Opening Accent Catering in
2004 was the beginning of a catering career that shows no
end in sight.
