Team
Brad Beyer,
Sous Chef, began his cooking career when he was 16 years old.
Cooking in a series of establishments across the Midwest Brad
received his fine dining skills in Wichita, Kansas while training
at Olive Tree Bistro. He worked at Max’s as their Executive
Chef and was able to fine tune his cooking skills. His career
went on to include chef/manager at Red Bean’s Bayou
Grill in Wichita, Kansas. He helped open new restaurants and
is currently the General Manager for Red Bean’s Bayou
Grill in Derby, Kansas. It is his love of food and cooking
that have lead to his current position of Assistant Executive
Chef for Accent Catering.
